Technical Field Service Engineer

Recruit 12 has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site technical support across the complete range of LES sold the clients products, both current and existing.
Your responsibilities as a Technical Field Service Engineer will include:
- Perform all key activities in-line with department standards and company principles.
- Proactively manage your calendar and bookings to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction post visit.
- Effectively problem solve ensuring each activity results in clear conclusions and recommendations.
- Produce concise, well written technical reports that are submitted on time and in full.
- Always comply with Health & Safety in the course of your duties and support the administration team in the creation of risk assessments and method statements that adhere to this.
- When liaising with other areas of the business engage positively with outcomes focused on customer centricity and a ‘best in industry’ service
- Track, benchmark and develop your technical ability on new and existing products ensuring the highest level of knowledge is maintained
To be a successful candidate as a Technical Field Service Engineer you will need:
- Category 1 F-Gas (City & Guilds 2079).
- CSCS Skills Card.
- Experience working with Electrical and Electronic components and can demonstrate safe working practices.
- Clean Driving License.
- NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
- Knowledge in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
