SALES OFFICE MANAGER

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Office Manager to join a manufacturing firm positioned at the forefront of their market, steeped in history and success

We are looking for a Sales Office Manager to join a vibrant and developing team. The purpose of the role is to generate business from an outstanding customer base by communicating with existing and potential customers and driving the continual growth and development of the team and sales function

You will pride yourself on your professionalism, leadership qualities and a good conversationalist.

 

DAILY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -

  • Record and manage all customer prospects/sales leads and activity updates on the internal systems
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Profile and generate business introductions, prospects and sales leads
  • Provide regular reports to management, demonstrating daily, weekly and monthly progress of sales leads
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries or refer to appropriate departments
  • To support in any ad hoc project as requested and deemed necessary to support the business

 

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: -

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel
  • Passion for sales and work on own initiative
  • Experience in writing communications

  • Confident and experienced in B2B sales function
  • Leading a small team and developing work process
  • Self-driven and wanting to succeed with drive and enthusiasm
