Key responsibilities of the position:
- Successfully growing a client portfolio and converting assignment requests
- Confidence to generate business via our industry-leading concept “R12 method”
- Development of long-term candidate and client business relationships
- Negotiating and carrying out presentations via face to face and video meetings
- Delivering a proactive candidate management approach at all times
- Team ethic; Motivating one another and ensuring effective communication to your team and customers at all times
