We are looking for both Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants with a proven track record in Engineering Recruitment, looking to further develop and progress their careers to the next level. You will be:

On a day-to-day basis you will be:
· Building rapport with new clients to develop and expand business opportunities.
· Managing and supporting existing clients through the entire recruitment lifecycle.
· Headhunting specific candidates for high-end and specialist job roles.
· Screening prospective candidates to evaluate their skills, qualifications and suitability for the position including a fit with company culture.
· Covering the full recruitment life cycle, identifying exceptional passive talent.
The successful candidate/s will be rewarded with a basic salary of £30-£35,000 pa plus OTE of @£55,000. Commission is uncapped and there is also an annual bonus scheme along with pension, private healthcare, mobile phone, laptop and most importantly, a work from anywhere policy.
