We have a fresh & new exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive to join a company that is experiencing substantial growth.  As an Internal Sales Executive you will pro-actively identify and follow up sales leads and opportunities into revenue & gross margin.

As Internal Sales Executive, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Pro-actively identify and follow up potential sales leads in a timely manner
  • Achieve KPI and revenue targets, both telephone based and financial targets
  • Up-sell and cross-sell the product portfolio to potential customers
  • Identify lapsed customers and through pro-active telephone marketing engage with them
  • Maintain accurate records on internal CRM system


To be successful in the position of Internal Sales Executive, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in a B2B or B2C telephone based outbound sales environment
  • Demonstrable experience of achieving targets
  • Clear, concise and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • A natural flair for sales and spotting and converting sales opportunities
  • Strong IT skills - Word, Excel, Email and a good eye for detail
  • Energy, positivity and a thirst for success!
  • Experience of working with SAP would be an advantage
  • Driving licence is required


This position is based in Warwickshire and commutable from Daventry, Northampton, Rugby, Coventry, Southam, Lutterworth.
