If you are looking to pursue a career in Human Resources, then we have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a leading designer & manufacturer within the automotive industry, and assist in providing an efficient and effective Human Resource service to all areas of the business. This is a permanent full-time position, offering a salary of £23k - £25k.

The role of HR Advisor will involve the following:

  • Issue contracts of employment
  • Update and maintain all personnel records, ensuring information held is correct
  • Manage and maintain the induction process
  • Raising purchase orders where necessary

To be successful in the HR Administrator role, you will have the following:

  • Part CIPD qualified or working towards
  • A knowledge of computerised systems, in particular Windows based and Excel packages
  • A good level of education with qualifications in English and Maths

This position is based in Worcestershire and is commutable from Redditch, Studley, Alcester, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Worcester.
