Recruit12 are excited to present a new opportunity for a Financial Analyst to provide a pivotal role in developing and analyzing key management accounting information, supporting management to make well-informed decisions.  This role is key to establishing and maintaining management information systems.


As a Financial Analyst, your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Weekly Trend
  • P&L
  •  Balance Sheet
  •  Cash Flow
  • Working Capital
  •  Operational Metrics
  • Labour / headcount
  • Implementing corporate governance procedures, risk management and internal controls
  •  Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  •  Internal Audit Pre checks
  • Support closing all internal audit findings
  •  Reporting internal audit finding status Shared Service Centre
  •  Month End
  •  Forecasting
  •  AOP



To be successful as a Financial Analyst, you must have the following: 


  • CIMA part-qualified
  • Experience of working as an Analyst / Management Accountant with 3 years experience (preferably in the Automotive Industry).
  • Strong impact and influencing skills and total delivery focus. 
  • Good decision making and ability to interact with Management at all levels Excellent verbal, interpersonal & written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, oral, written, and team skills
  • Experience in using Microsoft packages, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Able to align talent to company’s strategy
  •  Demonstrates ability to develop self and others
  •  Shows evidence of continuous learning
  • Can lead & act consistently with the company’s strategy and values
