Electronics Technician

Recruit 12 has an exciting opportunity for a Electronics Technician to Setup, monitoring and analysis of electrical tests using programmable power supplies. 

Your responsibilities as an Electronics Technician will include:

• Analysis of electrical defects on customer returns
• Analysis of rejected production PCBs to determine cause of failure
• Feedback test results to project teams / Electronic Design Engineers and assist in resolving test failures
• Communicate results of analysis with SQA and supplier
• Compile detailed test reports in accordance with company and customer requirements.
• Manufacture test boxes, harnesses, and electronic interfaces to support testing activities
• Assembly of prototype electronics (mostly SMT) to support electronics design

To be a successful candidate as an Electronics Technician you will need to:

• Experience of electronic failure analysis
• Self motivated to produce high quality work and complete tasks within deadlines
• Ability to organise and effectively record testing activities and results.
• Ability to write accurate and detailed test reports using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
