Recruit 12 has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Operations Supervisor to be responsible for - and be passionate about - connecting our customers with the business's specialism and innovation, continually developing and furthering our (and your) partnership with them. As Customer Operations Supervisor you're the glue that holds the team together onsite. You'll make sure any enquiries are dealt with promptly, and processed efficiently and the customer is left more than satisfied with the results of your efforts.  

Your responsibilities as a Customer Operations Supervisor will include:

• Sales order processing onsite with the customer
• Processing orders in CRM system
• Resolving customer complaints and queries
• Supporting onsite team for escalations
• Deputising for Service Centre Manager as required

To be a successful candidate as a Customer Operations Supervisor  you will need:

• Sales Order Processing/Administrative/Co-ordination skills
• Attention to detail
• Customer focus 
• Communication
