Your responsibilities as a Customer Operations Advisor will include:

  • Stores Supervisory responsibilities across the customer site
  • Receiving, checking, ordering and issuing of parts, dealing with customer stock requests,
  • General housekeeping activities as required onsite

To be a successful candidate as a Customer Operations Advisor you will need to have the below skills set:

  • Administrative/Computer skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer focus
