Recruit 12 has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Operations Advisor to be the glue that holds the team together onsite. You'll make sure any enquiries are dealt with promptly, and processed efficiently and the customer is left more than satisfied with the results of your efforts.

 your responsibilities as a Customer Operations Advisor you will need:

  • Sales order processing onsite with the customer
  • Processing orders in CRM system
  • Resolving customer complaints and queries
  • Supporting onsite team for escalations
  • Deputising for Service Centre Manager as required

To be a successful candidate as a Customer Operations Advisor you will need:

  • Sales Order Processing/Administrative/Co-ordination skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer focus 
  • Communication
