Recruit 12 Construction has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Co-Ordinator to join an established NHBC A1 housebuilder with over 30 years of industry experience

The primary function of this role is to ensure that all our customers receive excellent after-sale care, working with our Customer Care Manager, in-house Customer Care Operatives, and external contractors to ensure that any repairs are carried out swiftly and to the customer's satisfaction.

Through your role, you will meet and maintain quality assurance standards, contribute toward customer satisfaction targets, and assist in all post-occupation customer-related issues through to completion.

Your responsibilities as a Customer Care Co-Ordinator will include:

  • Assisting the Customer Care Manager in the day-to-day management of the Customer Care department
  • Taking calls from valued purchasers and dealing with queries and reported items
  • Record Customer Care activity for ongoing analysis
  • Help manage follow-up calls with customers and contractors
  • Assist the Customer Care Manager in ensuring all Customer Care works are completed within specified timescales
