We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Complaint Handler who has motor industry experience.  As a member of the team, you will play a key role within the Aftersales Team ensuring excellent service is provided to consumers and business partners when handling their complaint using your mechanical expertise to diagnose and progress your complaints to resolution while delivering against the set targets and KPI's.

This is a permanent position offering a basic salary of £25k - £28k.

As a Complaints Handler, your duties will include:

  • Investigating, resolving and responding to complaints within regulated guidelines
  • Experience of and ability to plan and prioritise workloads
  • Overseeing the team mailbox and ensuring all complaints are completed within KPI's
  • Identifying the root cause of a complaint as part of a fair and thorough investigation 

 

To be successful as Complaints Handler, you should have:

  • Sound mechanical knowledge as well as the ability to "investigate and diagnose"
  • Previous experience of working within the motor trade - manufacturing, garage or dealership
  • Knowledge of complaints handling, CRA, DISP and FCA Guidelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
  • Full driving licence required as you will be required to travel to other sites to attend meetings

 

This position is based in Warwickshire, and is easily commutable from Coventry, Northampton, Lutterworth, Daventry...
