A fantastic opportunity has become available with one of our clients.  They are a Recruitment Company which specialises in a variety of sectors including Driving, Industrial and Commercial roles across the UK, and are looking for a highly-motivated and ambitious Recruitment Branch Manager to join their team, with the opportunity to progress to become a Board Member!


We are looking for an individual who is able to manage and develop key customer relationships within the Industrial Recruitment sector, maximising all business opportunities.


Requirements for the Branch Manager role include:


  • You should have a good understanding of the role as Branch Manager ideally within the Industrial Temporary Recruitment market
  • Be able to negotiate at senior level and demonstrate knowledge of current legislation and market changes
  • Confident in the forecast of sales revenue of a new branch.
  • Ability to identify & convert cross selling opportunities within an existing client portfolio
  • Possess excellent presentation skills
  • Management of the performance of your subordinates.
  • A proven track record in Industrial Recruitment business development and sales

This position is based in Coventry, and is easily accessible from Warwick, Rugby, Nuneaton etc.
