Recruit 12 has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Branch Manager to help manage a thriving MOT & repair centre in Swindon

Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30-5.30 & every other Saturday

Part of a family-owned garage group, their Swindon site are looking for a passionate and energetic service advisor/assistant manager to help drive the business forward and consistently increase sales, profit, and maintain a high standard of customer service.

The centre requires a strong leader to help manage a small team and help with site development to build a strong business. Leadership, sales skills and trade knowledge are essential for this role, along with an honest and positive attitude.

Your responsibilities will include, helping to monitor and maintain:


  • Attendance
  • Efficiency
  • Productivity
  • Presentation
  • Standard of work


  • Site cleanliness
  • Site Maintenance
  • Site security
  • Paperwork processes
  • Booking diary
  • Workshop loading

Customer Service:

  • Keeping a high standard of Customer service
  • Increasing the customer base
  • Offering honest service and repair sales
  • Estimates and billing

Business Objectives

  • To match and exceed Monthly sales target
  • Drive sales and workshop through put
  • Carry out estimates and billing
  • Arrange paperwork
  • Be responsible for takings and banking
